About Coup International Security Consulting
Founded in 2025 by Sébastien Coupellier, with over 15 years of experience in electronic security, Coup International Security Consulting (CISC) supports companies, security managers, technical departments, and design offices in the design, structuring, and evolution of their systems.
From video surveillance to access control, from intrusion to hypervision, CISC intervenes to design architectures tailored to real needs or help organizations regain control of their existing systems. Support can range from technical design to defining a clear and structured roadmap, integrating cybersecurity issues, interoperability, compliance, and long-term evolution.
This approach is based on experience gained at all levels of projects: field, studies, costing, management, technical management, and consulting. It allows each system to be approached not as an accumulation of technologies, but as a coherent set that must meet the uses, operational constraints, and objectives of the organization.

CISC designs systems thought of as coherent and controlled architectures, capable of integrating different technologies while considering their interoperability, cybersecurity, and evolution over time.

About me
Systems architect and consultant in electronic security, with over 15 years of experience in the design, management, and evolution of complex systems.
My background has allowed me to be involved at all levels of a project: field, studies, estimation, project management, technical management, and consulting. I have thus supported large-scale projects in industry, infrastructure, defense, and sensitive environments.
This experience allows me today to approach systems as a whole: architecture, uses, operational constraints, interoperability, cybersecurity, compliance, and long-term evolution.
My goal: to design controlled, coherent systems that are adapted to the real needs of each organization.
My commitment as a reserve gendarme completes this journey with a culture of rigor, operational discipline, and a sense of responsibility, essential qualities when it comes to intervening in sensitive environments and critical systems.

Values that go beyond the profession
Muay Thai holds a special place in my journey and in my way of being. Beyond the sport, I find values to which I am deeply attached: respect, discipline, courage, resilience, and self-control.
Sport shooting complements this approach with another form of demand: concentration, precision, breathing, and self-control. Two different disciplines, but the same mindset: to remain in control of one's decisions, work with rigor, and keep one's goal, even under pressure.
These values are now naturally part of my way of working and approaching the responsibilities entrusted to me.
